If you know that deep down there is a passion to do something bigger than yourself, Discover Victory will help you understand your God-Given gifts and strengths and help you use them for His Kingdom. Additionally, if you are looking to join the Victory family (membership) or get involved through serving at Victory, Discover Victory is your first stop!

Yes, this is our pathway to membership. Also, serving is a core principle of discipleship. So, as members, we follow Jesus’ example in using our God-given gifts to love others through serving on ministry teams. We believe He designed you in a unique way that will bless others and give Him glory!

If you’re a member who is already serving, you do not have to complete Discover Victory. If you’re a member who would like to start serving, please register for the next upcoming Discover Victory where you will be able to sign up to serve.

You must be at least 13 years old to participate in Discover Victory and become a member of Victory Church.

• Are you a member of Victory Church?
  • If you’re already a member and already serving, you do not have to complete Discover Victory.
  • If you’re serving but not yet a member, we would like you to complete Discover Victory to grasp the heart of what God is doing through this house as well as to discover any gifts and talents you may not have been using at their highest potential.
  • All leaders are expected to complete Discover Victory so that we all lead with one vision in mind.

• If you are not yet a member of Victory Church, please sign up for Discover Victory.
• Have you completed Discover Victory and/or are already a member of Victory Church?
  • If yes, sign into your Victory account, go to your profile, and click on “Request a New Serve Role.”

• If you identify a ministry or serving area that is not covered in Discover Victory, connect with a Discover Victory leader or the Connections Pastor for your campus. They will guide you through next steps. 

• While we recommend serving wholeheartedly on one ministry serve team, you may sign up to serve on two teams.

We understand that limitations exist. If you’re able to serve less frequently, we suggest signing up to serve on our events team. This team will connect with you monthly or quarterly about serving.

• Planning Center Online (PCO) is the software we use when scheduling our serve teams. This is where you will accept or decline your team schedule for the month. You may also select blackout dates for when you may be out of town and unable to serve. Once you sign up to serve, managing your schedule in PCO becomes an important responsibility to ensure that the team is covered, and that those we are serving feel welcome and cared for. 

• We know that our past does not define us. Someone from our staff will connect with you to learn more about your specific situation and how to best move forward.

• You may complete Sessions 1 and 2 in any order; however, Session 2 must be completed before Session 3 registration will be made available to you. We highly recommend completing the sessions in consecutive order.

Life happens, and we understand! Please register for the next available session at your campus. Keep in mind, you may only register for Session 3 after completing Session 2.
