About:
This mission trip is specifically for families traveling together with children who are 10 years of age or older. Parents or legal guardians will serve alongside their children throughout the trip, making this a unique opportunity for families to experience missions together.
Experience God’s heart for the nations as your family serves alongside Hope of Life International in Guatemala. Hope of Life is a Christ-centered ministry dedicated to meeting both the physical and spiritual needs of children, families, and communities through initiatives such as nutrition programs, clean water, medical care, community development, and the hope of the Gospel.
Throughout the week, your family will participate in meaningful ministry experiences that may include serving in local villages, encouraging children and families, assisting with community outreach projects, supporting campus ministries, distributing practical resources, and serving alongside local church leaders. Ministry opportunities will vary based on the current needs of the communities being served.
This trip is designed to be a family mission experience, giving parents and their children the opportunity to serve, learn, and grow together. As you step outside of your comfort zone as a family, you’ll deepen your faith, experience another culture, build lasting relationships, and witness firsthand how God is bringing hope and restoration throughout Guatemala.
